For DX-Ball 2, while playing, just type Eureka and you'll hear a sound. Then press any button to make a powerup and use the arrow keys to navigate the boards. It only works on that game however.

Well you can't get a new high score registered, but he did ask... I give tools... up to him to how he uses it.
