Why my wins in RB are sometimes being lost, I have lost 30 wons Why???? It happens to all players too.

Unfortunately, there is a bug in our server which stops saving scores after a certain event. We're currently doing what we can to minimize this occurrence until we're able to dedicate the man-hours to implement a permanent solution. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Just one more added problem... Why does the game time out after the win and it's completed :?:
