It's likely just a false warning from your browser and shouldn't affect the game (I know Internet explorer gives me that error when I download the test copy from humble).

If you wish to verify the file signature you can right-click on the downloaded file and open the properties window. There should be a tab named 'Digital Signatures' that gives you more details on whether the signature is ok or not.
