http://www.boomstickjoes.com/files/TeamCTF_Complete.msi

There is a seperate LDA community server that is all set up and configured. I don't remember which off hand, but it should have TeamCTF in it.

Of course if everybody is PO'd at me, probably no one would play. So it may just be a waist of time. (Actually, judging by most of the emails I got, people are very happy I took logscan down. eh, whatever. )

I'd show up for a TeamCTF game of course. :D

and magically a link appears.

Ok, it's team CTF now. Download the file above. Or, download this one: [url]http://www.boomstickjoes.com/files/TeamCTF.zip</a>

Side note for anyone angry at killer for logscan running where they think it shouldn't be: you're angry at the wrong person.

Actually, there was a devout number of people who didn't like being "scanned" (going so far as threatening to sue me for invasion of privacy  ) and claimed that that was the reason they stopped playing TM.

Feel the love. LOL

I can understand not wanting to be tracked, as a matter of fact, I remember that coming up early and..
.. If my failing LTS serves me correctly...
Kilier went out of his way to provide a way to not be tracked...

Another load of Sour milk on the keyboard...

There are so many other ways that just being connected to the WAN provides tracking at the router level across the backbone that someone worrying about TMLS tracking them is like somebody getting mad at themselves for signing the wedding book at their fifth cousin's reception., when they told their boss, who doesn't care and knew already, that they had a dentitst's appointment.

And another thing, for those really worried about it; the network that Dinochrome is attached has every packet, I repeat every packet, logged. Source, destination, port, action, date, time, rule. I could, if I were inclined, have the firewall send me a message everytime a TM port connection occurs. I have better things to do with my time but, I could.

If somebody wants to pay my Cisco technician $300.00 an hour to write custom rules to stop a default configuration plus the maintenance fees any time I decide I want to put a second or third server up, you just let me know.

you can't be serious.....

If no one posts on a thread, it drops to the bottom as other threads have newer posts.

Since this is a one time event notice, it is customary to 'bump" the thread up to the top of the thread list by posting in it. You do this instead of making it a sticky thread since its only a one time event (and its a one time event because the fun ddm event changes every month).

If you ask what a stick thread is, I'll hit you.
