The textures seem to constantly flicker when playing the Steam version of Hegemony Rome. Now this happens even with all settings turned down. Conversely I didn't have any such issues with Hegemony Gold (excellent game), but that was not on Steam.

Had this same issue when the game launched, but the various patches since then didn't fix it :(
