I know people in Canada, or places where its obscenely cold would call it a Summer day, but it reached 23 farenheit in Sacramento this morning and I think we broke some record!

That's about -5C, which is a little colder than it is here in Toronto, where it's about 0. I wouldn't call it a summer day, though; our summers are really hot :)

Sorry for the late reply Rick, but our unusual cold spell ended. We just had a high wind advisory in Sacramento yesterday where we had winds go for 50mph at peak throughout the day. And it was not good as I was riding my bike to the college in attempt to turn in my final assignments, it was chaos!
