How do you move your saves to another computer?

Is there any way to move saved games on one computer to another? If so, how? Thanks in advance!

All of your savegames are in the 'username/saved games/Hegemony Gold' folder. Just copy the files from there into the same folder on your other computer and they should all show up in game.
