I'd forgotten to give credit to the guy who solved my problem with this game.
Not only did I get a prompt reply but the guy personally asked me to email my save game, reprogrammed the files to fix the bug, mailed it back and checked everything is fine.

MaybeI'm easily impressed but Ive never received such good support. Normally you get generic try this try that stock replies.
