I haven't played Hegemony for a while, so after picking up the Gold edition, I though I'd start out with the original campaign.

So anyway, I'm doing the Paeonian campaign, and I just captured Stobi. I decided to Garrison it with a couple of archer units. Since the unrest level is 45, I should be able to keep the city quiet with 2 units, so I built 3 with the intention to attach the last one to my main army. However, as soon as I move it out of Stobi (leaving the two others), the town starts rebelling. When I look at it, it says that the garrison strength is 0, compared to 75 when all three archer units are in there. What's up with that? Am I missing something?

edit: Nevermind. I just realised that the archer unit was taking all of the food in Stobi along. No wonder they were sort of angry. :)
