can't update profile

i get the following error when i try to update my profile

The following errors occurred:

* SQLSTATE[23514]: Check violation: 7 ERROR: new row for relation "users" violates check constraint "users_check5"

also, while at the topic of issues, the post text and preview boxes on the post topic page partly overlap the right-hand column...

* What browser are you using, and which version?
* What were you trying to edit in your profile?
