In its description it says capital of Thessaly yet at the start of the campaign it is controled by the Pherean League and the Pherean Leage's units recorded from there are "allied" instead of native units. Is this done as a historical thing or as a gameplay balance?I'm pretty sure I was not allied to the Phereans since I steamrolled them to get Larissa back as fast as possible.

Ok so it was for gameplay reasons thanks. If you take Larissa as Thessaly it counts as a normal city right instead of allied or occupied right? I don't have the game on this computer to check at the moment. Thanks for the reply.
