Thx Rob for keeping us up to date. Are you going to fix the issues first or will you wait for the 11th release?

If there is a global cap on sheep then I think what is happening is that the AI is hoarding them. OFten when I capture a city that has grazing land I will find 2 or 3 sheep stored in the city. Every time I find sheep I use them immediatley so I know that I have none in my own cities. I have not once seen a sheep respawn I only encounter them in AI controlled lands.
