I am unable to complete the quest for the Paeonians to defeat five cavalry units or capture all cities. I'm not sure why nobody else has noticed that capturing all the cities doesn't do anything. My version of the game is using the latest patch. Please advise a workaround, as I want to complete all quests.

Nevermind. I just figured out that Agrianes is a Paeonian city.
