i think so...
in the states, we spring forward 1 hour.
the motherland doesn't start daylight savings for another 3 weeks.
i suppose Ni is the only one, now a days, that this might affect.
i just reset all 13 of the clocks in our house forward one hour... sigh...
i actually like my dad's idea of permanently staying on daylight savings time.
