the XP has to do with hegemony or some other project, since theres no other reason it would be secret. the way you change your title is by reaching level 5. Is that right?

Nope. The only reason I'm keeping it secret is for fun, and because it's completely inconsequential. Also, I was the Riddler for Halloween, so I'm still kind of in the mood for games ;) A hint: your level is directly related to your XP.
