why oh why would some one use rapidshare for this:

a 2 hour two dvd set of The Great Johnny Quest Documentary

it looks completely legit, but to divide up 10gb's of 2 dvds into 108 split files of around 100 MB each and to put it all on rapidshare... it will take months to get all of the files...

sigh... i looked into some rapidshare auto downloaders, but they don't do anything, they say queued but never download ...

anyway, just wanted to lament my poor poor pitiful life ;)

I assume the idea was that if your download cut out partway through, you wouldn't lose have to start downloading the entire thing again. Quite why he can't just use Bittorrent to distribute it (which is the best way for large files) beats me, though. Rapidshare is probably the most irritating website ever.
