Tread Marks 1.5 and DX-Ball 2 should be in North American retail stores today. If you can't find a copy, ask them to order it in.

Fantastic Question, I have not discovered DX-Ball 3 but I have discovered Super DX-Ball.

There are currently no plans for a DX-Ball 3. We're too excited about Hegemony to think of anything else >:)
