Remember when I was digging through all the various commands fer Treadmarks? Okay...you fergot.

I even built a spreadsheet with all of the unknown commands and a few people wanted it? Well...I got 2 more commands to work...as ent commands.

I should be able to do them as SSO commands now...

So now I can have different things happening fer specific tanks instead of a global events fer all of the tanks.

Especially fer racing!

This is gonna take more experimenting to see what else I can do now.

So, what you are saying is that they need to be on the server. Once there anyone can tap into them.

This could be very cool.

We need to set up a separate event especially in racing to see who has the fastest modified tank. Cyber has been wanting to use some of the SSO tanks that are on TM.

Will keep it in mind.

Confirmed that CarrierArmorScale works just fine on CTF.

I had set CarrierArmorScale = 10.0 and a cruise missile hit the flag carrier square on the nose and only did 30 pts damage. Emptying the entire contents of the flamer on the flag carrier only dropped the carrier down to 5 pts. Guess we'll have to find a good scale to apply this to the flag carrier.

At least getting the flag does can offer some sort of protection since they lose firing rate and speed from picking up the flag.

hmmm seems to work differently than the armor setting for regular tanks (10 can take a nuke w/o much more than being bounced around)

I was using the carrior armor scale in a mod I had...
wanted a "Mutant" type game play, person who got the flag also needed a weapon, VERY powerful.

so he was faster (Carrierspeedscale) more armor (x5) and had an UBER weapon. Idea was everyone had to kill him. to become the mutant.

worked fine, even the AI played it.
the PROBLEM was that the weapon would drop, as if unused, and when the person picked UP the flag it spawned another one...so then there got to be ALOT of powerful weapons...still haven't figured out how to fix it.

well, TankBlowExplo command does NOT work, but the TurretBlowExplo does...oh well.

This means I can't do the cool update I wanted, BF1942 like tank explosions. two main reasons

a: tank mesh is vertical, and as a projectile resting on the ground = no work

b: it would clutter up race events as well as DM.

oh, and the transparent turret still goes flying off. no matter what.
