Don't ask why, but I need to know how to do it.

if not possible, then I need to know how to make a new mesh that has a texture (UV texturing not a problem) but make it use transparences. any time I try this though, the entire thing gets made transparent (Green leaves + Black BG, the leaves are visible,but the alpha blending effects them, any way to make alpha blending effect ONLY the black?)

blend = alpha
AlphaGrad = 1 or 2 or 3

try each AlphaGrad value to see which works out the best for the given texture.

Yes

Collision = 0
mass = 0

that will make it ghost-like
