Is there anyway to have fog so thick, you can barely see the turret in front of your tank? I think it would make for an interesting map.------------------ Tread Marks Ladders

you can play with the fogging in the map ent some, the 250m in the game options, i dont think theres a dencity cmd yet tho i have put it to jim who assures me better fogging controls are coming soon.IP: |

You could try making the EcoCrud go insane...If you made an exploshere spawned by the exocrud that had fade to say 50% and non-transient, it might lag a system severely but it WOULD give the fogging you want... [This message has been edited by Random Chaos (edited April 18, 2002).] IP: |

Read this earlier and thought that if a bunch of spewers with acid cloud like effects but no damage you would get your thick fog effect. Just a thought. IP: |

Either way, that would cause a ton of lag. Rendering all those sprites over the whole map just isn't feasibleIP: |

Actually it probably is if they aren't transient. Nuke explos are and thats why they lag.IP: |
