There are probly many strats for Grenades but this is all I can think of.

1. When you know grenades are headed your way drive up a vertical wall/hill and wait because they cant get you.

2. For suprise atacks start at long range and run twards the other people fireing them. This only works if you can see them clearly on the raider and that they are not on a wall/hill.

3. When driving past a large fight fire them in a wave fassion. I cant really explain any more.

Grenades do roll up and over hills. They're unaffected by slopes, but by the speed they're released at.

The best way to avoid Grenades are to attack by flanking the person launching the grenades using something turret mounted.

Grenades also hug the ground, but not so much as to cling to it when travelling over a sharp drop. Therefore hanging around just under the lip of a cliff or slope will render you untouched by them, but keep an eye on the person launching them!

They also seem to do more damage when you "receive" them face-on than at a 90 degree angle (on the side).
