yes I pick it up via the air waves, yes I have an outdoor antenna. problems live somewhere between 20-30 miles from the station, its a uhf station(line of sight) with hills and trees in between. and when we get a stiff breeze the tower sways(theirs) all of which makes getting it problematic. generally have to watch them 2 or 3 times just to get all of the dialog
