I'm restructuring LDA.
The plan is to prepare Tread Marks for more formal publication as a boxed product, with plans for Mac and Dreamcast ports.
Tom Hubina will be joining us as lead programmer. Geoff Howland, Lupine Games, will also be working with us. We are looking for additional programmers.
The initial work will be porting Tread Marks and adding features to the engine. We may also have the opportunity to build a Tread Marks based PSX2 engine, but that is not yet finalized.
The operating plan will include assembling the team at a single site, at intervals as needed, but much of the work will be done from "home" locations.
My intention is to give everyone a percentage of the cash flow from each project that they are involved in, which could provide for extremely attractive bonuses.
After the initial multi-port release of Tread Marks, and as the engine tools evolve, and a steady cash flow is established, we'll branch wherever team-member interests take us, not just where the maximum dollars point.
Drop me an email if you're interested.
