it would have poped up every couple of munutes starting 30mins before the match, and stop right at the start of the match.IP: |

You wouldn't have seen anything on LDA since logscan would only be firing off server op messages on the server which the event is going to be on.No matter. I'll pull the down the log file and see what happened. IP: |

That would be rude, and annoying.Just like me. LOLIt only appears on the server the event is on. Having every logscan server get notified of an impending event is possible. I can even get it to pop up on the main LDA server.

I'll code up the "Global Event Notification System" this weekend, including a patch to have theat show up on the LDA server.Bwahahahaaha!!!! I'll make it an option that can be turned on/off on a server by server basis. I'll default it to on. Any complaints about that? "It" is promoting the game and advertising events... I don't know why there would be complaints...
(I would ask LDA Jim for any objections though, and perhaps start a new thread with a link for people to have this feature off if they want to...)
I wouldn't support it if "it" didn't make sense or add too much overhead
