looks like I got the last of the bugs and blocks in the event tracking system on my website. Exactly  Times/dates are in GMT with the exception of the events calander page that can be adjusted to your local time. Internally however, everything is GMT because the site may move and I need to avoid having the site blow up if and when that happens. Also, I added the initial events based on what was listed originally. Its up to the admins to make sure everything is accurate going forward.
