this pack doesn't allow you to combine stock maps and play lda?
I downloaded it but couldn't see it from the server list. ?

- are you using people's server mods and such for fun ddm? that would be cool ... i yet have to play all the servers active :

not sure I totally understand your questions, but i'll give it a shot:

1. the anarchy pack should be completely compatible with stock maps.
2. if you're looking for the fun DDM server with the pack running on it, it's not up yet because I still need to configure it.

as for your final question, I thought that's what fun DDMs were for.

at first I didn't see lda with this pack, now I see it but I have a ping of 400 (normally 100)

nevermind I used the normal addons, got a 600 ping than a 100 after playing for 10 minutes... don't know what happened.

Data ping has nothing to do with addons.... if it did, anarchy would always have high pings..... which it doesnt.

Never had any probs with it here apart from screen lag when too many people are on. Ping isn't a factor.

Ping does affect, trying playing with a 1000. Coaxs I would appreciate you don't think for me, mind yourself.

I downloaded the anarchypackfeb05.zip, and then I tried to play LDA but had tons of lag, which rarely happens to me, that's all, no "help" necessary, I was wondering but not anymore.

heh, I may have been playing around on the FTP at that time getting stuff setup for the fun DDM, not sure what effect it might have had, but it might explain your lag.

It's not a question of what ping affects, it's the fact that it shouldn't affect ping.

I played once but I had to go... It was fun. CTF with the other weapons is way more challenging. Sorry I couldn't stay.
