If that was actually a question Coax, here's the answer: BWL doesn't recruit newbs. Skill is not the issue. Character is the issue. (Insert jokes about "How on Earth did you make it in Ras?" here. :P) It takes a while to get to know someone's online character. Before that actually happens (playing them twice in one week doesn't cut it) that person has been begged once by GA, twice by DNX and 20 times by FL to join. (Insert indignation at the implications of my sarcastic comment here. :P) Therefore we don't get much new blood.

Ahh... for the days when joining a clan was a privelage instead of a bidding war... THOSE were the days.

I'd hold out for the promise of a new car Heritic, or at least a new video card coutesy of X clan's leader. Heh.

That wasn't quite the indignation I hoped for, but close enough.

To put it more accurately, it should have just "sobbed" of the following: "You can't join us until we know for certain that you're not full of crap." And of course by the time we can actually determine that, well... the vid card has already been shipped.

(BTW, I'm sure you got this but just in case you're algebra is a bit rusty: "X" was used as a variable to mean any clan in particular - as opposed to meaning DNX)

I know an undef'd var when i see one damnit, i use unix !! lol ... besides, we dont HAVE a clan "X" lol... so your statement obviated it without the need to degrade ppls intelligence in case they didnt comprehend the context lol..

I joined March of '02. MelonCracker and Sailor entered in April of '02. I'm pretty sure my brother Venom was the last. He was confirmed about a year ago in late November of '03.

LOL! I haven't laughed at a response here in quite some time. That was friggin hilarious.

It's shtick Heritic. Don't take it serious. Unless you turn out to be another Guido, Knight of the Kuala Lumpur or Matrix (wait... did I say that last one out loud? ). I've insulted them in spades and without the need of a pseudonym (or even a psuedoname, whatever that is). But what I will do is frag you anonymously. Newbs like my good buddy Coax have been on a campaign to label said anonymity as a character flaw - most often immediately after I put them over my knee and spank them on a game server. Sore losers, I suppose.
