If it in tha game, you can use it - i didnt see anything to the contrary in the game manual... ai's are easy prey, reload the ramdrill a few times and sit on s hill while they come at you like magnets - no skill there - plus they dont get annoyed when you completely SPAZ OUT

part of playing the game is adapting to the environment. IF somebody has a shadow, is it not true that he then becomes a target to everyone? Especially anyone hes fragged with it. You've gone and turned the rariety of it down to, so it should be fine, even if people do attempt to reload. Reloading the shadow i've noticed (for me anyways) seems to take more time then actually going out and getting some frags with say the concussion or MRL's or another weapon. If somebody really wants to do that, let them. Use what "skill" ye claim to have and get them from afar.

Spawn Fragging... if everyone just goes for everyone, won't the # of spawn frags be equal? thusly were all around some kind of even disadvantage...? But if we try to be curtious by backing away, and we get fired upon, how fair is that? Just going for everyone makes it even enough. Its like traffic, when people try to wave others through when its their turn, tends to screw stuff up. When somebody spawns in front of you, thats just how the game works, it randomly places you there. Its your "bad" luck. If we were all supposed to have the same fate, wouldn't we all get the same number of weapons during the game, and all land at the same spawn point? mh?.....just work with what your given. Somebody spawn frags you, and it makes you mad, go after um =) its a shooting game after all, thats what you do. And if somebody just sits under a spawn....as we say in other games "if somebody camps, don't whine, uncamp them."

Have you ever noticed how when you die, you almost everytime land on a spanner, or 2 or 3.... ? How every time you NEED a specific weapon the wrong one shows up ? and how when a meggaweapon appears, theres no spanners, loads of standard grey boxes and close to no golds ? (ok you get the occasional 1 or 2, and usually a fair way off)....

The is a balanced game guys, your as much advantaged as dissadvantaged with almost every weapon... thats hardcoded into the exe btw, so dont go looking to change it like hidden tanks or teamnames cos u cant... not unless you get the source or hack the file.

You dont see how AI's ignore all weapons unless they are Flowers, nuke, cruises or shadows ? They go nuts for shadows....

See the game is very crafty, there IS no hacking ability as such, theres no way to change whats on LDA's setup, unless you can upload the new exe and overrite the old one.... and as a truth, theres no specific advantage of shadow over nuke, cruise or flower... Sure you can up the yeild... but on a stock server with stock settings, you cant change behaviour of wepons, ai's or control the games physics. It is how it is... its meant to be that way.... and its that way for a purpose, odd how i see that and so few others do.

Every1 does wallshooting... its an afectation of the voxel engine, and in every other game on the net, its classed as cheating - yet tm ppl to it every chance they get - the penny is finally dropping into place, i can hear it rolling around inside your minds right now lol trying to settle hahaha...

One mans cheat or bug is another mans benefit if he's not part of the community desire for etiquette. Better yet, the desire for the etiquette is so strong, it causes blood to rise in the most insane situations - the best way to get ppl to make mistakes, is to get them mad... the best way to get them mad is to not care about insults and create that "if i go after them, i wont get the frag anyway" feeling - THEN you go in ..... they hate it SO MUCH that youve fragged them, and that they know theres no way they can come back at you....

This my dear ppl is a lesson is psychology... a take of how morals can be twisted, but most of all, a way of showing that defining what is, and what isnt a cheat with any community game - is transitory.... of the moment, and based not on fact, but by what each of us believes the game envoronment to be.

So next time you reload a nuke, shoot through a hill or accidentally spawnfrag some1, dont assume its ok to everyone else just because its ok to you. Its a strange world for sure... but please give consideration to others b4 executing your moves... it can be SO important to others if not to you
