Couple of things to add here..Even though i thought ras was wrong to stay in the game, and he is a little hot under the collar (hence his name - thats a dead givaway  ) and dispite us bumping heads and ego's on many an occasion, I believe that he is the most skilled player in the game - to listen to him is wise. Second, He and Coaxs have been keeping said records, so they know what goes and what doesnt, as ive previously stated. Pab, there was another option and i presented it 24 hours ahead of the battle - sure 666 is right, it was too late to implement on a sunday - but what was wrong with rescheduling for next week - it had already sliped its day anyhow by technical error. No match should try to sqeeze more teams in than is physicly allowed... unless its a 2 vs 2 match - which it wasnt. The solutions are out there, DNX and BWL has provided them... you only have to put a little brain power into using them - its no good scuffing at us for getting shirty when we said this would happen. Coaxs, Myself, Ras and other are pretty much veterans of this game.. some of you younger players would do well to take notice of whats said by us from time to time... For a quiet life. Ok, that sounds conceted... i think it almost is.... but the fact remains that the battle was a carbunkle that broke so many rules it was unreal. IF Dnx brings 15 to the next clan war - it would be just to prove that if we were shouted at for exceeding the max allowed 5 players per team - it would HAVE to be allowed - sure it would kill the 3 games into a pointless pulp.... but a point would be made.. and the point ? "If its ok for you to break rules and get away with it - why not us - or anyone else for that matter" This is just my way of getting the point across.. Its a lesson in how to do things, and a lesson in how things escalate when others get away with apparent favoritism. Rules are in place for a reason - if they are broken, the game is voided - plain and simple... any deviation from that can only be a fair game. Sqeezing 2 clans into 1 team was just asking for trouble. it upsets the balance... as yougo probably will attest to - because that 2 or 3 more players that you cant frag because they are in your team if not your clan. That aside.. if things are done properly, there will be no issues from me - i only tip my rocker when unjust scores are allowed to stay, and when rightful place wins are taken away by blatant rule breaking. Beyond that orgasise whatever you wish... you will have my full support. But stick by the rules, or dont play in the clan war - that is the price. And, to clear a smaller matter up for those who dont know - the only ONLY time spawnfragging is allowed, is IN clan wars.. its a no holds barred policy to kill or be killed by whatever means. ANY other time it will be frowned on. War is hell folks - lets get it right next time huh

Here's what I'm pissed off about: If you knew that you were going to be against the final scores or whatever after repeately posts of CAT & FL sharing a flag... why would you even have one??? You want to separate the scores go ahead... I said I don't give a major F> but quit saying that the rules says... when you knew all along that this was going to happen!

If I had half the ego you do, I would just start a new thread and say, FL and cat agreed to become one clan on Sunday, that's why we played together... because he still insists in joining forces, but that's not what happened; we, the CAT clan is still analyzing the chance to merge with FL; because we like the environment, the players and the way we respect each other and trying to keep it that way.
Please, do what you need to do, don't explain what the rules say. It's like saying to a little kid, go ahead into that store and steal something, and when he comes out you shout: you are a thief!
If you were against this whole thing, all of you should of said something from the get go not wait till we played. Let me ask you something Matrix, since you are so smart and just: What do we do if your flag pack is not implemented by next clan war?, because as things are going... it's a good chance it may not... Oh, wait you are the veterans, as if this was an army, you get the right to decide... because you've played longer...? this is just a game... lol.. with too many politics.. impressive.. I refuse to be part of you hatred circle, yet; you give no options... All 666 had to do is say, you'll play together but scores will be counted separately. Not... the rules says,, that's illegal,, follow this or don't play here... childish crap. You forget we were put in that position for lack of options, now you are all pointing fingers at us, as if we did this on purpose.

My assumption was that flag sharing was due to the lack of flags, not the desire for an alliance because you told me there wasn't going to be one (more on that below). You talk as if the lack of flags caused the alliance. That's bunk. They are separate issues. And besides that, I would have told you Pab. In fact, I was considering starting a thread on the topic of the alliance. I didn't because YOU told me you were going to wait till next time around. I think it was on Friday night. I had an alias of course. You thought I was FL when I asked you about the alliance so you chastised me because you were apparently tired of talking about it. I informed you that it was simply a yes or no question at which point you figured out I wasn't FL and told me it was on hold till next month. Remember??? So no, you weren't told to go into the store and steal because YOU said you weren't interested in going into the store this month. And as far as childish goes, for you to expect people to read every thread in order to deduce the intentions of two clans is absurd. I glanced at those threads here and there but took none of it to heart because I don't give a rat's ass about the abundance or lack of flags! A man makes his intentions known. A clan should do the same. Next time announce proper and all this debate would have been hashed out ahead of time. You know, like you did when you started the clan??? Or would you have just as easily expected people to sign up in your clan by deducing from other threads that you were starting one. You DID make it known you were starting a clan before you started the official thread. Why start the official thread then? Surely people should have known. And had they not known, it would have no doubt been because of their childishness. Meh.

Quite the contrary pabs.. I did say so before the battle, I did point out options, and if you dont install the extra teams pack this will continue to happen. Whilever there are 6 hardcoded teams in tm and more than 6 clans - you will have a problem. If you cant accept the basic sense in the math then mores the fool you.I dont claim to be a know all, smart and just, but i do have common sense, a thing perhaps clans that violate rules doesnt have persay ? I also dont care about the outcome. Ive seperated our scores from the rest - stood back after the fact... but i do know this much... if you guys cant play fair, dont expect fairness back. Its a scratchy-back world pabs... especially in TM... Ive stated DNX's case - so maybe that provides your extra team.. that is till maybe T3S clan or Ze return.. then you come back to this situation with a fix starring you in the face. I couldnt give a hoot  honest, i really couldnt, i just fail to see how a bunch of plebs with a fix in front of them can ignore it then claim they were right. Yup - i did say plebs... you dont need to go back and re-read it. You say i talk to you as a child, i do, act as an adult, see the options in front of you and maybe ill start treating you as an adult. If clans want to merge - thats fine, not a thing to do with me... as long as when u cone to a clan war you follow the rules, and you wear one clan tag per team. Why do i keep bleating on at you ? - because its just not sinking in !! IF we show at a clan fight with a ****load of guys, and break a bunch of rules - dont even ONE of your guys dare even shout about it - or you will look like a hapless hypocrite. Take it or leave it. Shout me down if you want to, you can't change the facts, and you can't fit a pint into a quart bottle - the glass breaks - ... Play as you want to even... when its fair - DNX will take part, till it is, count us out... we dont play with braindead cheats that cant see fixes and options in front of them. IP: |

BTW. Why the fu** do people even care??? It's not like ANY of this would change the outcome. GA took it. Period. While game scores are listed on the ladder, it's a winner takes all event. The CAT/FreeLoader amalgamation doesn't get one first place win out of this. They get something or nothing else. But since the ladder counts first place first, it won't really matter. You kittens could have 100 second place finishes and no first place finishes and you'd be dead last on the ladder. I say let them have their second or third or whatever position. It means nothing. Now voiding the whole affair, that's a different story. We've had irregularities before and did not do that because it would have unfairly penalized those clans that played straight. In this case it takes a win from GA. There's no need IMO.

I just read your words above ras, nice one. i also feel compelled to add a little history to proceedings for pabs benefit.When DNX came to TM, there was BWL, Tc and a mining guild.... THAT WAS IT. There was the weekly gatherings for a DDM, THAT WAS IT. I helped other clans emerge and tried to help them grow... sadly as things worked out members fell away from Tc, and Ze dissapeared... but more clans appeared, Dog being one... Ga another..... It was AWESOME... So pabs - dont tell me about clans m8, ive been clanning for nigh on 15 years, and i think i know a thing or 2 about how things work. I was here BEFORE CLan Wars.... BEFORE Tournaments, and BEFORE your little cat empire. Im NOT a know all by any means, but id hope my words mean a little to a newbie squad who think they own the road and have been here since the year blob. Dare i ask how YOU would score yourselves if you had to split the team into 2 clans ? - Ya thought so, same numbers i reached, thx very much thats what i thought. When did u ever hear of 2 athletes winning a race at the olympics, both getting the gold medal - SHYAH ! gimmie a break. What would you had done had your team won all 3 games ? NO ITS NOT ABOUT WHO WON OR WHAT PPL SCORED - Its about making sure you do it RIGHT next time... Take a step back and look at a bigger picture.... Take advice if you think you need it - theres no shame in that.. but above all, when you start in a game that already has rules laid out for battles - DONT PRESUME YOU CAN BREAK THEM AND NOT HAVE ME ON YOUR BACK WHEN IT MEANS WE LOSE PLACINGS IN THAT BATTLE BECAUSE OF YOU'RE SHORTSIGHTEDNESS AND INABILITY TO FOLLOW RULES AND OGANISE YOUR TEAM... AND ESPECIALLY - DONT GO RANTING AT THE TEAM WHO GRACIOUSLY BACKED OUT IN PROTEST AT YOUR BLATANT STUPIDITY.... Trying to mix 2 clans into one team - What WERE you thinking ? I dont care what FL Insists on - CAT is YOUR CLAN.... Not FL's - Merge if need be, but do NOT try to cheat another DDM by putting 2 clans in one team to avoid fragging your friends - OK ! 6 teams available - so 6 clans play, if more than 6 want to play and you dont want to install the 15 team pack - FINE, have a thread here each DDM asking which clans are in - first 6 get it, last 2 or more stay out. THAT IS YOUR ALTERNATIVE.... theres always alternatives, options, you just have to open your eyes, see them and act on them instead of stamping on every1 elses feet then shouting about it when one of em smacks you in the mouth. Ras i agree - GA rocked the day man - KUDOS !! - Top scores and Well Done Indeed.why do ppl care - well, to be honest, the thick ones around here will just ignore the lessons that im trying to illustrate about fair play. the rest will just carry on regardless as we always have. Gotta teach the n00bz how things are done if they wanna join in Clan Wars *wink* Its like the tick kid at school... he's got this dead hard maths question... 1 + 1 = 2, not 1 .. and you give him the answer.. but he says he has a better answer.. and it gets marked wrong - then he turns and shouts at the guy who gave him the right answer... OH OH OH PS: while i remember.. no names, but.... It was CAT clan that gave out the IP and port lol...ANYONE can enter a server with a DNX tag m8.. and get the ip and port - because of that we HAVE TO lobby LDA to rotate the ports... nice one Cheers man This just gets better IP: |

I'm more indignated at the fact that you consider working class an insult in the UK.... but that's another thread.
The point you wanted to get acrossed was understood before; but under the circumstances, seemed that no-one cared about this flag "sharing" business until after the fact.

Yeah, its a sad fact that money ppl in the uk started looking down their noses at the ... "working class" meaning "scum" in the mid 70's.. its really held the meaning long after the rational for the term faded... So as a result, to call some1 a pleb... is as good as saying "im looking down my nose at you".. or, to use yorkshire slang "scum", which sounds bad but is in fact what we call the collection of moss and amoeba (otherwise known as gunk), that collects at the edges of national lakes IP: |

"working stiff" last night you played good, even in you did try to allay our suspicions by taking 2 deaths in the first 2 minutes lol...Was an intense game ... tm is much better now that the servers arent perpetually empty anymore.
