The following need to choose weapons to exchange. Cyber, Jon, Teulk, 666, Sue, and Corpse. I would like the weapon chosen with in the next 2 weeks to get a new pack ready for October.

Here is a link to the site for an updated list of those who need to exchange weapons:
Exchange weapons list

Here is the link of the weapons that have been exchanged: Weapons already exchanged

Here is the link to the site of the weapons that are both client and server side: Individual downloadable weapons

Now I know the Corpse wanted to replace tree strike with carpet bomb, but it is not an individual weapon to select. It has to be individually downloadable. So no, UNLESS he is will go through Ras’ 85 weapon addon to extract it so that we can post it for all to download. I will try to extract Jvortex’s afterburner. However, I have to do the work to get it out. Yes, I want more speed in the straights.

Yeah...yeah...one more thing. I take out all rutting of the weapon. Need to have a perfect race track for best lap times. So, what does this mean. Well, weapons like jump gun will not work. How jump gun works is by the tank being bounced up by the hole the discharged weapon created. Another example are the nukes. Took out the land rutting and all they do is frag you. It does not throw the tank...pretty harmless...no not you Mike.

So...NO LAND RUTTING.

The other question that has come up is how do I know what a weapon is for the different classifications. Well, run it by me. The different classes are:
Melee
Medium
Off the radar
traps
powerups

Best thing to do is to just download it and try it out.

Have fun!

Opps...sorry about that. I plan to do the new weapon pack for the month of October. Also, I was going to do it when the majority of people have pick them. Soo...I hope your new shift does not kick in till November.

Again...sorry.

Here is another think Teulk. Chaos is an off the radar weapons. I would say that paper airplane is a medium range weapon.

I would like to keep the ratio of the different weapons balanced. Yes, I know you are all asking, "Well what are the different classification of the weapons so we can choose properly?" I will work with harmless to change the site to list the weapons in the different classes. That way all will know what is what. I will try for this weekend to have it done. No promises though.

didn't say it wasn't easy, just alerting you to the need. incidently they used to be long range til they had their time to live changed (from 60 sec to 15 sec). I've seen them chase down a 'mite'

ICQ me, email, or post the weapon here...just take a stab. Teulk...if you want you could exchange the paper airplane for the homing missiles. They are of the same type.

And I hear that A2597 is making his own mod. That is cool. Just need to have it posted so all can down load it.

And no, I did not get around to listing which ones are which. I will do it tomorrow.

So far the exchanges are

Jon: das Tornado in, shockwave out
Jon: dark nova in, Rgernades out
Jon: Ow missiles in, speed missile out
666: particle driver in, swarmer out
666: fake tank in, rad mines out
666: Kangaroo mines in, mine thrower out
Susan: wave motion in; homing out
Teulk: Flaming boulder in; nuke out
Teulk: Airplane in, Distructo disk out
Cyber: Electric gun in, nothing out…need more medium range weapons.

Still need something from Corpse. He wanted to add cluster bombs and take out tree strike, but cluster bomb is not a downloadable weapon. Need to pick something from the link in the 1st post. Or submit one for all to download.

Oh, wait, no. If tanks were ment to fly they would have been born with little bags of salted peanuts.

Will finish it tonite...then Harmless will post it. Another reason why no CTF tonite. I needed to finish the new racing server pack.

And remember...you racer have only yourselves to blame for this next round of weapons.

Well...think of it...flaming boulder...wave motion...if it does not frag you it will ping you off the server...LOL

been there Teulk...without weapons whomever has the lead keeps it...very boring...unless it is a close race...and they do not come along enough to leave the weapons out of TM racing.
