I put this on par's ftp since mine is still down & i hope mr addams doesnt mind the use of his track..... seemed fitting somehow... anyways, let me know what you all think - be nice to get some feedback - thx

Download it (9.3 megs) - unpack with foldernames, and run the exe... its not a screensaver, but its the best i can do for now

Well, its directx and opengl written for w2k upwards... should still function on 98se though.

Sue pointed out an error to me - or not, i left out LWA because its not a clan, more of an arrangement to be a clan as and when suited... but perhaps that was a little strict of me - were all a community, so ill fix that situation and update the demo.

Appologies to LWA members - wasnt sure how to approach that one.

Soz bro - but acryl likes to keep upto date with his code, 98 is a 5yr old OS now... its growing whiskers. Knowing the benefits i get from XP Pro, i couldnt return to 98 now. i could use it sure np, in fact i dont use all the extra gizmo's XP provides as such, but the stability - oh baby the stability ! Its rock solid !

Coax: thanks man

since we're talking about movies....
some guy had way too much time on his hands

this is an actual ASCII movie!!!!!!!

http://home.quicknet.nl/mw/prive/wadada/ascii-movie.html

size is about 4.4MB so give it some time to load... yes, the html file itself is 4.4MB.

it looks like homage to the movie matrix.

toodles,

I have a tool that converts images into ascii, so as long as you can grab each frame, and have the time to pageflip each ascii file its quite possible.... like yu say tho, lots of time to do.
