Okay Killer...

How is the frag ratio computed for the DMF Anarchy Server?

My stats are:
15 minutes on
78 Frags
1 Death
0 Suicides
77 Frag-Death
39 Frag/Death
98.73% Skill %

Hmmm... Maybe an extra figure in yer tally column? Just wondering?

I suppose Frags/Spawns would be more specific.

its computed:

Frags/(Deaths+1)

basically if you have 10 frags and died once, you have an average of 5 frags per spawn. so you can expect 5 frags before you get nailed.

I could see where that would be correct if you had no deaths...

But to penalize someone who just only died once with a divider of 2 is not right.

It should show in their skill level percentage, right?

LOL, tis not penalizing my friend. and the numbers work out as you progress. you don't have one death for long

Mathmatically...I don't agree with yer formula. I zap 2 tanks and they zap me once, yer formula sez it's a 1:1 ratio.

As is should be. Then you clip 2 more tanks and they pop you off again, then its 2:1.

Someone get me an abbacus , just to make sure of these figures I would think a 10 frags to 1 death ratio would be 10 to 1 . or more simply a plus 9 hehe

Then I guess you should put it down as # of spawns instead of deaths...

As far as I know...the game doesn't count it that way.

I liked the old F/D ratio before.

It was always computed like that.

The problem happens only when you have one death. afterwards, it computes it correctly.
Which is why I'm not going to rush and fix it, as you donot have 1 death that long. The F/D is computed independently on every page it shows up.

Its fine the way it is. As soon as I can get some time to work on the site, I'll fix it. IT's all over the place unfortunatly :/
