FOund a couple of big problems and put in fixes for them. I also added an anti-cheat to stop people from sitting at spawn points. If you don't clear the spawn point in 4 secods, you will ge knocked silly.

In a way yes. Setting the spaw entity's min and max launch velocity to the same absolute value ( min=-90,0,-90 max=90,0,90 for example), you can control the maximum radius by the projectile's life span. You also need to adjust the projectile to:

speed = 90
guidespeed = 90.0
guidemax = 90.0
guidebias = 0.0
guideramp = 0.0

This will get the pojectile up to its max speed quickly enough to get it close to the radius you want. (90 is an example).

setting the life span of the projectile to 1 second, you will get a radius of close to 90 meters.
