So there's an invitational to which everyone is invited. It occurrs this wed. and every wed. I know we lost some people last time because of a map load failure, but we'll tell everyone what maps they need before-time for this wed.

We start showin' at around 7 EST, and leave when people get tired of chompin' my MRL rounds.

So who's in? I know I'm in.

So some questions to increase satisfaction.

- Par and WM, who wants to host this event?
- Did people like CTF? DId it detract from the sunday experience?
- Is there a God?
- If the time or date are changed will it increase turnup?
- What's 4 + 4 ?

And for homework, find out how a catalytic converter catalytically converts crap into smoke.

the good thing about science is you don't need a God.

Sure, what would you like - I can do stock, modded CTF, or the DVS duke mod pack. Just let me know
Edit - Yah, but can science keep you safe from bears?!?!?!!? uhhh, never mind...... approximately 7.95

Alright fellows ((and being very 90's) and girls (although I don't think there are any girls in TM)), there are your options. Now shower me with your choices. WM, when do you need to know by?

I'm up for stock or modded CTF. But whatever really.

PS - And Coax, what if I told you that science is just another religion? It just idolizes a different intangible God. But anyone that has delved into quantum physics will agree with me..... Science requires BOATLOADS of faith.
PS2- Cheers on the 7.95

I've taken 2 Quantum mechanics classes so far, everything seems to make sence for the most part. I haven't taken graduate level quantum mechanics yet, my advisor told me to wait to graduate school.

Quantum physics... not mechanics. Gravitons? Gluons? Up Quarks and Down Quarks? And what about a particle actually Gaining mass as it accelerates towards the speed of light? Sounds as believable as coming back to life, really.

But on another front, No one has said anything about what type of game we wanna play. I'll give everyone a couple of hours, else WM and I'll make an executive decision.

And uh... CTF.

What about superatomic particles, like bowling balls and bannana cream pies? Like anyone but the most brainwashed zealot scientist believes in things like that

BTW, what do you think of my current server? - it is essentially modded and stock CTF maps with the DVS Duke mod pack.

I for one don't believe that banana cream pies exist or ever have existed.

I think the cool part of quantum physics is the part where you fax a photocopy of a mirror while drinking a mug half full of half-caff coffee with Half-n-Half in it, while forwarding a captured page-image of your clipboard's deleted contents. I swear you go back in time four minutes, give or take.

So Mex, what do you want to run? I am leaving work early today so you should let me know soon. Course you could just meet at a popular server, say, Hammers, and wander to different servers if the mood strikes you.

I say you leave your two CTF servers running and we'll figure something out. As of right now, I am quite in love with Hammer's maps (he's had some phat ones on yesterday)(no insult to Par or WM's maps... they are kul too), so I figure we'll start up on one of WM's CTF servers (probably the modded one), and if it boots us off or gets all laggy or Coax shows up, then we'll move to the hammer server.

BTW - WM, where can people get the maps for your CTF series?

And where can we find stats on the wed. AND sun. games afterwards (shameless plug).

See yall in a couple of hours.

Prepare for the Mex-Strike!

ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGH! I hate it when I write a big @$$ reply and it gets lost because I forget to enter my password!

"My" maps are located at http://home.austin.rr.com/treadmarks/DCTF.zip
The real authors are Kong, Sailor, and Random Chaos. Any time I have a modded server, I list download locations in my server description. Strangely enough, I get that question a whole lot - do ppl not read beyond the title? Let me know if my full url is not visible in the server description.

You can get game stats from http://www.treadmarks.de/cgi-bin/TMstatsmain.pl I could not find the error you mentioned in your stats in an earlier post... It is likely that Dreamer has already fixed it. Note that only logs from my server are currently being posted to TMStats. I will ususally say "log is on " in my server description when I intend to post the log to TMStats. If any other server wants their logs posted just email me and I will give you information on how to get them posted.
