I listen to some of the songs that come with, as well at the Fifth Element Theme, and some music made for a Babylon5 game.

Classical:
Basil Pouldouris-Hunt for Red October Theme
Wagner-Ride of the Valkyries
1812 Overature

Default:
Camptown(the only one I liked )

Quake 2 and 3 music by Sonic Mayhem:
Audio Adrenaline
Descent into Cerberon
Fuel my Game
Kill Ratio
Noise
Rage
Quad Damage

I like the Quake music because it's heavy and no words.

And I add more and take away from time to time. This is my current setup.

I usu. just listen to the effects without music, but when I do it's typically just a cd I throw in my drive. Got 700+ cd's so I just pick what I wanna hear at the time. Pretty much always somethin' heavy. Not a big MP3 dl'r-I think I might have 5-6 on my HD.

Super: Heh, I burned a cd of the Q2 music to listen to in my car. Hardly ever play the game, tho.

Not if you play music useing Winamp, it shouldn't slow down the game at all.
Also so, I posted this before, you should check the other post before you post things like this.

Well, Darude, Five Iron Frenzy, Juno Reactor (maybe... I have to get CDEX workin' so I can get the music onto mp3's), OH HECK! Go look at the past posts, we have two others I think that are about this kinda stuff or start it in a spontaneous posting by me (usually... and that's logical enough!)

Here's a music-related topic I started last year:
/forums/archive/ubb/Forum2/HTML/000478.html

Not much response to it , but at least the responses are from VIP's of the game lol. Of course, this is from the pre-1.5 ver.

coax: You should be able to at least listen to cd's in your drive while playing mp without too big of a performance hit. Just a suggestion. It doesn't seem to bother my ol' PIII/450 too much. I just don't like the momentary pause between mp3's-plus, I don't really have any, anyway.

unfortunately. I take a major hit on performance with music. CDs are the worse they mess up TM frame rates and the music itself

Wait, did I say History Channel. My fault.

I meant to say I listen to a classic broken record that all you married/"significant others hang around the house" players might have.

You know, that one line song?

No melody other than a high pitched screech?

It goes like this in a high key:
"Are you PLAYING treadmarks AGAIN!!?!?!"

Anyone else got a copy of this record? If not, want one?
