I've been setting up some temp servers lately (i.e. DVS duke this monday night) only for use at night and I just setup a server that uses Kong's DM maps.

It works here where I set it up but I'll admit I haven't tested it fully yet (like at home) so if there are any bugs post them here. Plus I've never setup a server using non-standard TM maps. The maps look like fun so I was pretty excited to get this going.

You can get the 2.68MB ZIP file with the maps at this address:

guess i better install some of my own maps.doh!

and also there are two textures in your zip file that need to go in the addOns\art folder. not the maps folder

everyone should either move those two files to the addons\art folder or dload cut and fill zip from my site. the textures are really nice. http://tmkong.tripod.com/tmk

likewise. I'm guessing you take the maps from the poppin fresh server + the one mentioned by kong (see above) + IO base + hells back door should give you a fair chance of having the right maps
edit
just after I posted the link worked. go figure. anywho leave the ctf maps out (from poppin fresh). other wise my guess was correct

I just downloaded the zip file from the link Paranor has in his first posting. I just checked it again and I could still dl it.

Kong, a problem I had when I downloaded your maps was they did not have the directory saved in the ZIP file so I had to take a guess. So I then made my own zip file with the directories. Are the 2 texture files that you are referring to called "daveybrownbrick and daveygrass1?"

I've only played 3 of the maps so far -

SLOW ROLLER - NICE!

Hells Back Door - fun making the holes bigger with the nukes.

IO BASE_SHOT - that was extremely fun. The way the hills and valleys & such are angled you pretty much constantly have a shot at another tank if you are skilled enough.

Hope to play the others soon!

Yep, good job Kong. I still did not get a chance to play IOBase online yet.

Par are you going to do that again with the maps? Even for a day or two would be good.

I'll know more next week if I can continue hosting servers. And if I can it is only at night.
