A clear blue sky, as we start the day, burning metal shows us are way. Screaming nukes pass are ears, as we protect he ones we hold dear. It is not a game we play, so real and hard, as I frag your tank it becomes charred. For the love of this, I will show, blasting my opponents, the only way I know. It is hard to live, not to be fragged, but I still hate that darn lag. For it may seem easy to some and hard to others, with all my love, I call you my brothers.

Well that was my peom, hope you all liked it.

I liked it, the best part was when you mentioned the lag. I can so relate.

I'm glad you all liked it, I made up another one, it's called Freak'n lag

Freak'n lag
by Neoki

Freak'n lag oh freak'n lag, how I dislike lag. As I play online, I become stuck; to not get fragged is my luck. This is not a game I play but a test of skill, to not flip over, is my will. It sucks when it happens to me, but when I see you with lag, I blow you away happily. To some itís wrong, to me itís right, like I said this isnít a game Ė itís a fight.

This probably isn't as good as the first one but I tried.

It would take the melodic numbers of a fellow bard to raise me from my long-slumbering lethargy of late. Good poems NeoKi...I'm glad to see you tryin' to class up the forum. Maybe, I'll soon unleash a poetic missive of my own.

I sit down to coffee, a bean in my mouth.
Looking outside geese are flying south.
It is too cold to go out today...
so on to my computer, to find some gameplay.
Pernangband isn't graphical, yet the sounds can be cool.
Liero is too bloody, a single nuke making a pool.
I look at Mangband, but no internet today.
Then I see the magical logo, it reads LDA.

I turn on some techno, Winamp is so sweet.
I nuke other programs with CTRL-ALT-DELETE.
Then the room goes quiet, the screen flickers bright.
BEHOLD! A NUKE! What a very nice night light.
Jolt Cola, my refuge, when it dwindles low...
There's only one other salvation, that I know...
Treads leave their marks, Homework can wait...
Oh what a pleasure, staying up so late.
Now cookie dough my blood, and PC my pleasure.
But none amasses so great, as Tread Marks my Treasure.

That was impressive Dudymas. Care to respond with an even better poem NeoKi? I feel so uncultured and illiterate right now.

Ok.

Disordered Fragger
By Neoki

As I play TM, this game in thought,
as I listen to the band Slipknot.
I rock hard, not soft. If I was
doing so, I'd play that game
with Lora Croft. I frag and all
day, some unseen, I guess it
must be my 500mhz machine.
Mommy wonders if I'll be
alright, but with all these
explosion effects, she's out
of sight. Winning's not the
game, but since captin planet,
things have never been the same.
Ok ok, so this poem sucks, but
at least i'm not some dumb idiot,
running amuck. It's over yes indeed,
but if you make me angry, I'll go
back to playing Need For Speed.

Crap O' Crap, it's in my brain,
dancing monkeys make me insain.
Boogers and pimps are often crud,
but not as much as watching
(Nickelodeon's) Hey Dude!!!
Why did the chicken cross the
road, because frogger died, and it's
time to release the load. TreadMarks
is the Game for you, this you may not
know, don't buy this game from Crap O'.

Okay, here's something you must sing outloud off key to the tune of jingle bells

Ooooooooooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...
Zooming in a tank, nuking everything, flipping tanks and teasing Hawk and playing as I sing:

Oh, Fragging Tanks, Fragging Tanks, I won't lose underwear; I know I should for if I don't, I know you will be scared.

Oh, fragging tanks, fragging tanks, you should show up there... If you don't I will get mad and I will not play fair.

Oh, Bugging Tom and Jim, bragging 'bout a kill, eat up all the cookie dough and leaving any spill:

Oh! Fragging Tanks, Fragging Tanks, this is where I'll be! Running round the TM map, stinging like a bee!

Oh, Fragging Tanks, Fragging Tanks, all that life should be: Burning tanks and teasing friends and looting all you see!
