Hi all. I crashed trying to take a screen capture of the first two games - what a pain in the butt. I got the third game - last one in the right column: http://people.ne.mediaone.net/reavie/treadmarks/treadmarks.htm

Look at those pings on Robu and Neo!! Robu - did that start part way thru? You were kickin' for a little while there.

About captures - most of the time I try and return back to the game from the desktop, I freeze up and have to restart my pooter. Any help would be appreciated on that, but I figger it's the way my vid card is set up.

if your using hyper snap you can enable autosave . then it wont open the window and will save automatically to the des. file

Yeah,I don't like that little 3-4 second hang up when you take a capture with HyperSnap.

you could try a clipboard manager. i used to use (and still will once i get around to reinstalling it) one called Hansen Clipboard. it stores your last 10 clipboard entries, so u can just hit the print screen key and it will store up to 10 at a time.

its also rather handy for modding as well.

this isnt the perfect alternative, but ti works pretty well.

Ah - that's the "Power Wonker" (Gravity Bang) which is here to download: http://server2049.virtualave.net/jvortex/html/TM/Index.html

I like that wep - but it digs DEEP holes with sharp inclines, so heavier tanks basically have no way out once they fall in.

Thx turdheart, I might use that on my server.

Welp, I've tried about a dozen screen capture programs and none of them seemed to do game captures properly, or they were crashy when TM was running.

SO - I've finally changed my TM config file to make a capture directory, and it seems to work great that way. Is there a way to decrease the capture rate? Right now it seems to be about 5 a second.

Anyhoo - I should be able to get DDM captures more reliably from now on.

I just found out that the freeware image viewer ifranview has a dandy image capture feature that works quickly and easily. If you are mad enough not to have it, go here http://www.ryansimmons.com/users/irfanview/

It allows you to specify storage directory and file type. One nice thing is that it does not appreciably lag the game as it only takes 1 shot per key stroke.

I threw some new pics on my site ( http://www.100megsfree4.com/neos/ ), but I'm missing the score shot for the 1st game. If anyone has it please send it to my forum email( sjz00001@uconnvm.uconn.edu ), thanks.
