I only have a Hastings here in Lake Havasu City and nothing else, so the chance of getting it at a store is slim and nil.

Babbages.com has it for sale, and I thought that if anyone would have it, it would be Babbages online.

For a couple of months, it had stumped the hell out of me as to where to get it, because the ordering page is basically blank and AAA has had a TBC as far as ordering.

Perhaps we could all find where it can be bought online, we could have those sites added to the Purchasing page?

Copy and paste the above url to Chips & Bits
This should take you directly to the page with Tread Marks on it. $28 plus s&h.

I've just checked ebworld and they don't have a listing for tread marks, also they didn't have a listing for AAAgames as a publishing company.

P.s. did someone delete Jim's ranting on elephants? I couldn't find it.

Boy, is that Yahoo listing screwed up.

Too bad there are no game stores where people actually PLAY the games they're selling...

ah, i took a closer look and i know what you mean! i knew they had it listed as "DIGITAL TREASURES Tread Marks" (who the heck is Digital Treasures?)! but looking closer:

quote:
*In this game you ll go off-road through 12 different environments blowing up or running over everything that stands in your way *Blow up the other tanks and be the last man standing to win the match *

not exactly correct, eh?

if you were to stumble over this link http://www.treadmarks.com/docs/ordering.html

you might think you could still purchase TM this way. Of course you can't, i think. So don't do it.

guess that pages purchasing info wasn't updated

small question for LDA; do you plan to release a new bmp to replace the intro1.bmp?

Rex Yes, that will be part of the next patch as the original bmp is still in the files.

You can do it now by changing to texture = intro/intro2.bmp in IntroBack1.ent
