in the entitie weapons files theres mesh = .lwo files what exactly are they? And more importantly can we edit them?

They are the actual file that says how an object is shaped in TM. Yes, you can edit them, but you need a program to do it. No, do not ask me because I am a bad enough artist in 2D so I don't mess with 3d that much

.lwo files are Light Wave Object files. Multiple programs support them but to create the object properly all faces must be alligned a given direction so that they are textured on the correct surface.

As for .luv files these define how the entity is textured relational to the texture (size, part of picture, etc). As for this part, a (as of yet) unreleased application is used to create them.
