Yeah.

GuideRamp = time until guidence is maxinum (sec)
GuideMax = maxinum acceleration possible
GuideSpeed = acceleration potential based on range to target
GuideBais = Fore/Aft Guidence biasing over range

Examples:
------------------------------
You want a weapon that makes real sharp turns to follow starting immediatly:
GuideSpeed = Large Number
GuideMax = Large Number
GuideRamp = Real Small Number

You want a weapon that makes real sharp turns to follow but go strait for a while:
GuideSpeed = Large Number
GuideMax = Large Number
GuideRamp = Large Number

You want a weapon that makes quick acceleration changes but doesn't have high accel:
GuideSpeed = Large Number
GuideMax = Small Number

You want a weapon that favors targeting someone behind you:
GuideBias = Number less than 1, say 0.5

You want a weapon that will almost always target someone in front rather than behind:
GuideBias = Real Large Number

You want a weapon that only determines target based on range:
GuideBias = 1

------------------------------

Hope that helps,
