And why does the Shadow Keeper not shoot unturretted tanks in race mode? I still want to blow those friggin' tanks of of the Ramp, even if they have no turret with which to shoot me.

The Airstrike:
Get right in front of as many enemy tanks as you can and pull the trigger. Instant boom. It appears to fire 10 missiles straight up, where they lock on and strike.

Actually it drops 10 guided bombs from a high altitude above your tank, and because they're guided it works quite well even at distances. At a distance the bombs are more likely to pick different targets around you though, so you might end up wounding a number of tanks but not destroying any.

Turretless tanks in race mode are invisible to guided weapons and your mini-map radar, to give them a chance to recover without being continually splatted (though evil humans with unguided weapons can still do same ).
