Although I have a big screen on my laptop, I cannot get rival ball to play in fullscreen mode. I have written tech support numerous times and have never gotten a response. Please advise.Sidney IP: |

I don't have any recent emails from you on file...anyway...Your laptop may not support a 640x480 resolution, which is required for full screen mode. If you are running XP, try compatibility mode for Win2k or 98. Jim IP: | |
