My hard disk went up the other day. Now I discovered that the backup that I made of my RivalBall install-file is corrupted.

Since all my E-mail correspondence about my order is gone too, I can't give you any order numbers.

Can you help me with only my E-mail address?

Thanks Coax, I did as you suggested and it worked. There were only about 8 hours between my request to LDA Support and their response.

And my sincerest apologies to anyone that does wait over 24 hours for a response. It usually only happens when I slip out of my shackles and the rest of the LDA team has to recapture and chain me to my computer again
