I couldn't understand what's wrong about your company.I have been trying to order your Dxball 2 by online more than two days.I did everything okey, but it always say "processing error".Is there any way to get your game by online!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I need help immediatly

I'm sorry to hear that.

This would be a Digital River problem with their automated ordering system.

If you go to Digital River Customer Service at www.digitalriver.com/cs
you should be able to access your order to see what the problem is.

Digital River Customer Service can also be reached at 1-800-656-5426

Once those automated systems get stuck you'll likely need to talk to them directly to sort it out.
