Dear Longbow:

I have tried and tried to download a file using your "E-Bot" service. It locks up my PC every time.

Do you have an alternative way I can download this file? (I want to download the revised DX Ball 2 Board No. 3. I was the one who reported the problems with the "Meadows and Mountains" board.)

It belongs to Digital River. They run our store.
