How do I set up a Sidewinder Force Feedback Pro to work with Treadmarks?

One limitation of Tread Marks is that it requires whatever joystick device is to be used (real stick, gamepad, wheel) to be the Primary Joystick, in device slot 0.

If you open the Joystick control panel you should be able to see what device slot number each stick or wheel has, if you have multiple controllers.
