Hi,Since august my son and I have made 3 contributions to you by email of our high scores for updating your "DXBALL World League". Our last contribution of November 10: Babes and Matriarchs Wendy9.hsc 93.325 Agamemnon's Revenge Wendy10.hsc Kickers, Hats and Wraps Wendy12.hsc Stingers, Legs and Backs Wendy16.hsc 106.532 Coveting the Grail Wendy8.hsc 155.062 Tribute Set tribute.hsc Challenge Set challenge.hsc Classic DX-Ball Set classic.hsc Variations on a dream Seumas.hsc 123.933 Equalizeral Philippe.hsc 111.659 Searching for Bucephalas Wendy5.hsc 140.843 Expedition: Cornfed Wendy4.hsc 162.383 Journey to the sun Wendy3.hsc 144.320 Hide and glow seek Jim.hsc 114.787
In the meantime we reached 2 new records: Searching for Bucephalas Wendy5.hsc 154.134 Journey to the sun Wendy3.hsc 153.406 which according to the current high score list would put us on the following ranks: Coveting the Grail Wendy8.hsc 155.062 (1) Tribute Set tribute.hsc Challenge Set challenge.hsc Classic DX-Ball Set classic.hsc Variations on a dream Seumas.hsc 123.933 (2) Equalizeral Philippe.hsc 111.659 (1) Searching for Bucephalas Wendy5.hsc 140.843 (1) Expedition: Cornfed Wendy4.hsc 162.383 (2) Journey to the sun Wendy3.hsc 144.320 (1) Hide and glow seek Jim.hsc 114.787 (1) We really wonder if it makes any sense sending you a new contribution. It's quite annoying if you don't plan to update your pages anyway.
So what's the story?

Other sites that feature DX-Ball and DX-Ball 2 do so independently. We have no direct control over what they do.

??? On your page you invite me to contribute. I do so and multiple times. And now you tell me you aren't going to update?

Hi Karel! quote:
DXBALL2 World League is not run by Longbow Digital Arts (LDA).
This is confusing me as I clearly followed the instructions to contribute to the World League (WL) from the LDA pages. quote:
In this forum, I have twice pointed out to LDA that the World League has not been updated since 4th august. I did not ask them not to refer to World League anymore.
Well I did during my third contribution, I mean if they don't plan to update the WL anymore then asking for new contributions is quite misleading. quote:
Anyway, with such great scores, you and your son should really check out http://www.dxball.org/
This is a great site! Thanks a lot! But DXBALL.ORG only lists the first place. No space for lesser souls? These scores of yours and Jim are hardly to beat quote:
Have fun
You bet. DXB2 is a great game Ed

Hi Karel,To me there is a conection. Just go to LDA using F9 within DXB2 and you will end on: http://www.longbowdigitalarts.com/dxball2.html Then on the end there is a link to the WL, see: "If you want to compete with other DX-Ball 2 players for high scores, be sure to check out the DX-Ball 2 World League! " and you are moved to Holland: http://www.telekabel.nl/sprinter/arnos/dxball2champ/ I know because that's how I became aware of the WL in the first place. Or is the above logic in error? Ed

Would top 5 for the longbow paid board sets be enough? Maybe I can convince Denise to put up more :-)IP: |

“Tread Marks” has been our priority these past six months, but with development on it coming to an end we should be able to devote more time to DX-Ball 2 matters.Dead or broken links will have to be removed and we should consider adding a DX-Ball 2 site for comprehensive scores and other statistics related to the game. We could either run this site ourselves, they way we now run treadmarks.com as a parallel site, or we could make other arrangements. I’ll keep everyone posted as we come to any final decisions. b.t.w. We were approached early on about the DX Ball 2 World-League site. Any suggestions for stats that you’d like the next version of the game to keep, or other matters relating to site support can be posted or emailed to me.
