Author Topic:   Slow Down with Board Packs?

I've just purchased the three board packs and am now seeing some severe slow downs during the game, especially when power-ups are on screen. Is it possible that the full board sets have this effect? Or has some other random thing on my machine broken things? It was running perfectly smoothly before (P266, 64MB RAM, Win98).

It sounds like other programs running in the background.

Check some of the other posts and the
DX-Ball 2 page for suggestions such as adjusting the config. files.
