My credit card # went through just fine but when it comes to downloading the game it says an ERROR has occured which means I CANT get the game even though it was already paid for. IF THIS DOESNT GET TAKEN CARE OF THIS WILL BECOME A PROBLEM.

Just hit the Customer Service button on our web store, or go to:
http://www.digitalriver.com/cs/

And you should be able to locate your order using your order number, customer number, e-mail address, etc., and download the software. You can also get additional order related support, including product returns.

If for some reason downloading just doesn't want to work, e-mail support@longbowdigitalarts.com with your order or customer number and we can e-mail the software to you directly.
